Resident Onboarding Process
Instructions for Existing Residents during MTOWA Takeover (July 2023):
In compliance with the local police station(E 8 Kelambakkam Police Station) norms, the below steps has to be completed for a safer and secured Community premises.
For Existing Residents:

Maintenance Payment, Move in Form re-submission: Upon making the Quarterly Advance Maintenance Payment, the residents must fill in the move in form again

Biometric Registration: All the residents in the flat has to register the biometric as all the glass doors in B1 and G floors will be transformed into Biometric access based doors for a enhanced safety process.

NoBroker Approval request: Upon completion of above 2 steps, the MTOWA EC Admin will approve you to accept or Deny the entries as part of Visitor Management System

Instructions for New Residents post July 2023:

For New Residents:

Flat Owner’s Approval email for new residents: An email from the flat owner stating the tenant details, number of persons who will live in the flat, Tenant’s ID proof soft copy, Move in date

Move in truck Approval by FMS: The Move in process has to be approved by FMS team over email before the truck enters the premises.
