Eden Park Phase II – Marigold Tower Owners' Welfare Association (MTOWA) is Now Officially Formed and Legally Registered!

 

We are thrilled to announce that after numerous discussions, negotiations, and dedicated efforts from both Pragnya and volunteer representatives, your very own Marigold Tower Owners' Welfare Association (MTOWA) has been officially formed and legally registered (June 9, 2023). This significant milestone marks a new chapter in fostering a sense of community and ensuring the well-being of all residents within our cherished neighborhood.

Throughout the journey of creating this association, we recognized the importance of having a unified platform where Marigold owners can come together, voice their concerns, and collectively work towards enhancing the quality of life in our tower. The establishment of the Marigold Tower Owners' Welfare Association brings with it a wide range of benefits that will positively impact each one of us.
